Coachseiji.com has created this training plan for the “real rider” that has full time job commitments, family and a life outside of the wonderful world of motocross. This plan is designed for those who only have one hour for training, 5-6 days per week.
Although not a personalized program that is available at Coachseiji.com, this free training plan provides a solid, basic program that will help those that are currently without a specific plan. Enjoy the benefits that exercise science and a qualified staff can provide, all free of charge!
