Ok, I quit my gym membership because I couldn't get motivated to go and I never enjoyed it. So what can I do at home, I can go for runs and cycles but what else can I do.

Buy yourself a TRX. Go to the site and click on the TRX banner. Great company/product and they have tons of programs you can follow all from home. You can also search the site and discover tons of workouts that can be done from a home gym. You can slowly build a solid program and before you know it you will have everything it takes (equipment wise). The Sunday workouts I post are also great for training at home. I usually try to make it equipment free but for times when you do need something its usually just a jump rope or pull up bar or TRX. Thanks for reading and good luck!
