Hello,
i am 17 years old and i want to increase the intensity of my off-pre-in season workout.
Is a power station like this http://www.fitstore24.com/media/images/popup/quest61_model2.jpg good for training or should i use dumbbells (for example)?

If you can afford it, a piece of equipment like that is great. Very versatile and you can use it for everything. BUT, there is absolutely no reason you need anything more than some dumbbells and a barbell. In the new premium training section we are launching in a few weeks all the workouts are based either on the TRX, dumbbells, or barbells. No other equipment needed.
