Hello,
I read that zone 3 (165-177) is the "target heart rate zone". So should I run for 60 min 3 times a week during the offseason?

Where did you read this? Target does not mean "best". It just means the goal for the workout. Recovery workouts have a target heart rate of zone 1.

I run 60min /in zone 3 /3 times a week for 3 weeks now.
