Post subject:  Offseason workout with 16?

Hello
I am 16 years old and want to begin my offseason program.
Should I train with heavy weights (5-8 reps) during the offseason and is "wall sit" a good exercise to build strength?

I suggest you do a search on the site and learn all you can about strength training in the off season. I also highly suggest you join the Racer X VT Premium Training Community once it launches in a few weeks. In the mean time you could follow 19-week free online training already posted on the site.
