Good day all!

As most of you have noticed, there's hundreds of different opinions/articles on MX training. I've tried them all but without a program set up to my needs/wants I find myself slacking after awhile or not 'trusting' the program. I know this is a expert forum so I figured it was the best place to ask this question. I'm an Intermediate (B) level racer here in Canada. So 20 minutes moto's usually. I can realistically only commit 3-4 days in the gym with about 1-1.5 hours each time. I have access to spin classes at my local gym as well as all the weight/cardio equipment I could ask for. I'm willing to pay a reasonable amount for a mx specific training program. There is lots of 'personal trainers' in my area but i'd like to get a motocross specific program done. I use a HR monitor by Polar so i'm familiar with Heart Rates and what they mean. I'd like to lose some weight, about 20lbs or so and get ready for our season that starts here in April. A possible off/pre/during program would be great. Anything basic as well as the gym can be quite crowded and don't have tons of room for movements and what not. Emailing/text communication and updates work well with me. If any experts on this forum would be interested in helping me out. Greg, the Premium Training section is expected to launch before Jan 1.......I hope..... In the mean time, if you are interested in hiring an online coach I would be happy to talk to you about that on the the phone. Feel free to call me anytime at 407-748-4663 and we can come up with a plan.
