Post subject:  Cardio / Muscle Balance


I got back into working out after a long layoff. I've been doing low intensity cardio for some days now. I plan to do 3 workouts per week, doing muscle and cardio training each time, appr. 1 hour total for the first couple of weeks. I thought of splitting into lower and upper body muscle training, and adding indoor-cycling or rowing respectively (low intensity for base cardio). The workouts shall then alternate.

Should I do cardio first, or muscle training in the workout?

Honestly, I would look at the 19-week free training offered on the website and follow that. Once we launch the premium training in a few weeks I would suggest signing up for that. Takes all the guess work out!
