I'm sold on the Premium training and all that will be involved in it. After getting the okay from my doctor to begin training. I've done some cycling and weights here and there before getting the okay from my injuries. I've decided the Weekend Warrior 2 program best fits my time schedule for training. With only having 3-4 months max before the season starts is there a schedule on what months I should be buying in order to get as close to being ready as possible? (I know i'm behind the 8 ball but injuries will do that) I wont be able to ride until end of March/April though, being in Canada definitely has its disadvantages.
Start with Month 1, then Month 2 then maybe skip to Month 4? or should I just go in chronological order?

Don't skip and go in chronological order. That will be your best bet in the long run. On days that are scheduled for riding substitute a high intensity 20-30 minute workout. Something like this....
