I've got a few questions about the premium training program. I'm an aspiring snocross racer, I race moto in the summer for fun, and race Pro-Lite Snocross, (snowmobile racing) in the winter, November through March. Currently I'm mid-way through my race season, I race every weekend. I ride 2-3 days a week, and find the training needs to be very similar to moto, if anything slightly more emphasis on strength as sleds are heavier and we race for a shorter period of time typically. I guess I'm curious where a good place would be to start with the training, as I'm mid season. Would I just go ahead with month 1? I don't work full time, and my main focus right now is racing. I have a decent assortment of weights, a TRX trainer, a stationary bike, and an elliptical available for training. Amateur Race Program 1 seems most realistic, but 2 looks good also.
