Backgroud: Currently on the weekend warrior program 2, got sick going into 4th week most of the week a training write off
Questions: Should I bump my 4th week workouts into next week since as you know is a transitional week or keep plugging forward into next months training program? And, if I bump 4th week into next week how on training peeks do I do that?
As well signed up one month ago. Will next months training program automatically be in my training peeks when its needed or do I need to do something to initiate next months program from you going into peeks
Thanks for the great programs you guys are providing, have been dedicated to the program until I got sick but already feeling stronger and more focused on the bike.
