I always see topics about people who try to loose weight and all, but I'd like to know more about the training for a thin guy like me. I'm 1,80 meters high and 67 kg (6% fat in my body). I'm 23 years old and have a lot of time for training and ride, so I keep asking me if I should train twice a day, or if I should train less to not loose weight. I eat a lot, and I simply cant get fat/stronger!!
Thanks!

You are in a great position!!!!! Train as hard as and as much as you can and eat like a horse (or two).

What are your goals for riding? What level rider are you?

To gain weight, lift heavy weights and eat, eat, EAT! This is of course an over simplification but I think you get the point.

Yeah, being a fan of RacerXVT for a long time I have learned a lot here.
But, as recovery is a big part of training, I always try to not get over train it (I'm on pre-season, the championship starts in april) because I cant loose weight too.
Actually I've been riding 4x, cycling 2-3x, yoga 0-1x and strenght 2-3x a week.

Oh for sure. I'm not saying go hard every single day but max strength weight training should be a part of your program. Have you checked out our training packages in the new premium training section. $20 bucks per month and you get a customized training schedule based on the available number of hours you have to train each month. First month is free. I would recommend checking it out.

And like I always say, recovery is exactly half of the training equation.
