Hey guys! I researched the site, but I couldn't find any results that matched up with my question, so correct me if there are! What is the best cardio for fat loss, while at the same time sparing muscle(HIIT, LIIT, etc.)? Thanks for your help!

That was a great article! It completely answered my question. The only other thing I am curious about is if it matters what time of day, or when to perform cardio during your workout, depending on the amount of carbs eaten during the day? Thanks Tim!

Personally I think that is splitting hairs. Timing of food, cardio, strength blah, blah, blah....Trainers will tell you different things but in the end the most important thing is consistency. Consistently eat right and consistently train. I think the trainers who tell you that timing is super important are the trainers who are trying to sound more important than they really are. Train, eat, sleep, repeat.
