Just a quick question :- For motocross what is the correct way to do a chin up / pull up?
The only reason I ask this is because I have always done them to full stretch....i.e upto the bar and then down to the full stretch of my arms and then up again but recently I have seen video clips of Ryan Villopoto, Ryan Dungey and Trey Cannard and they all only seen to execute a half chin up / pull up.....i.e upto the bar and then only drop halfway down and then back up, is this right or is it just for the purpose of the video also it never shows the bottom half of their body, do you think they are standing on someones back, on a chair.....
