Post subject:  weight loss and beginner trainging

Hi everyone. I am a 17 year old girl who weighs about 175 and I am just getting into motocross. I need some advice on how to lose weight to at least be around 130 and how to build up muscles that i would use in racing. In other words i need help finding a good diet and a good training program for a beginner girl rider!
