Just wondering what are some good movements to try to build up 4 arms and grip strength, without creating more arm pump?
I dunno if what I have would be considered arm pump or wnot . But what I have been dealing with for a while is my hands are stiff and cramped claw like on the bars. So Im wondering what I can do to help get rid of that or lessen it .
