Hi, i'd like to ask if the training programs and workouts can work also for Enduro and Hare scrambles racing. Can i follow the pre season, in season and off season workouts? or i have to change something? Thanks in advance

If you are a weekend warrior, then the workouts prescribed on the website will be fine. If anything, you may want to increase the length of your runs/bike rides/ or rows. I have found that if you are in shape for MX then you are in good enough shape for the enduro stuff (IF you are just a casual weekend warrior). I have raced a few GNCC's and found that my MX training held up just fine. If you are more serious and need something more specific, let us know and we can get into more details as to what to look for. Thanks!

Hare scrambles training in comparison to motocross training:

-Aerobic training focuses more on tempo type of work (zone 3 if you follow my zones from my RXVT article), extending the amount of time you can work in this upper level aerobic zone comfortably
-Strength training focuses a bit more on muscular endurance
-On the bike training focuses a bit more on riding at a submaximal pace for a longer time without degredation of performance

I put this all in very general terms. Hope this helps you modify whatever mx plans you are converting to HS. Good luck!
