I had a question about training in the heat. I live by the beach were it is somewhat cool and but the areas I ride in are much hotter. Should I try to keep my self hotter like wearing none vented gear to help get more adjusted to the heat? Or is that just wearing me out more. Also when I am indoors riding a stationary bike or other training were it is cooler should I maybe wear a sweat shirt to help adjust? Any help would be great thank you very much.

If you go to to the Virtual Trainer site, I wrote an article on heat acclimatization. That should answer most of your questions. Let me know if you have any questions after reading that article.
