my dad wants me to get a 125cc 2-stroke but i want a 250cc 4-stroke wich is right for a 13teen year old?

Have you ever ridden before? There are several factors to consider when choosing your bike. Four strokes are heavier bikes so require more strength, but some riders find them easier to ride. Two strokes are lighter and cost less to rebuild but often have no mid-range so some riders find them more difficult to ride.

These are just a couple of the questions to address when choosing your bike. If I were you I would find bikes like those you are looking to purchase and ride them both before you decide.
