Hi all
i have few questions,cause i never make weight training and never go to a gym,all times before i just ride the mx bike 2 and 3 times a week.I saw a huge difference before 6 years when i was going and practice with football team of my village 3 times a week and other 2-3 days riding.That chronicle time was for me the TOP.
I hear,i read,they told me about weight training and its offers ,i want to start race again this year(last race 2006),all these years i go for practice in mx tracks,but nothing more.When i have a month to ride and start again after 3-4 times of riding in mx track i eliminate the arm pump but when i am in track 20'+ i feel that i havent power to my legs to stund up as it must or when it needs and i sit down.So i think that i must give my legs and all of my body an awake.
I start weight training to a gym before 15 days i go in gym 5 days in a week and i have from today 2 months until races start.
In this point i need yours respectable advise,what to do?I think about to go to the gym for strength 30 days(15 passed) and the other 1/2 month for 3 times a week riding in the track,3 times bike an hour and 1 day for relax my body.Or i wanna ask to if i can ride this month,i mean between weight training month.Can i make it 4 times weight training,2 times mx and 1 relax?Or this is faulse for my body?
I dont now what to do i havent to much time and i want to be stronger in the last laps...i want it all ha?
