Good day everyone!
I'm a big fan of the site and the forum, I appreciate the help Tim and the other trainers offer. I currently do two days a week(Tues/Thurs) of circuit style training in a group based setting that I really enjoy and want to continue. I'm looking for a cardio based program to fill my other three days of training a week (Mon/Wed/Fri). Is there anywhere on the site that i can make up my own cardio program for road/stationary biking? I've done the Premium training before but found it was hard to supplement my own workouts on the days I was supposed to strength train and what not. Any advice would be great and much appreciated.

You can mix conditioning and strength in one session if you are using interval training. Put the strength first and the conditioning at the end. iF you are using LSD you will have a tough time combing the 2 as LSD will cause your strength progress to be reduced
